At Kendesign, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will provide you with a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase. Please note that any special requests are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so feel free to contact us for more information. Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to determine if it is eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, except for cases of manufacturer defects or transportation damage. Taxes will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
